Booking Process
1/ Call will be screened prior to booking to establish if the customer have had any symptoms of the coronavirius before going ahead with the booking .
2/when engineer arrives at the customers house they will be called on the phone or via intercom. so they can open up and then self isolate whilst the engineer carries out the work.
3/ The engineer will wear foot covers, Gloves ,& face mask.
4/The engineer also has hand sanitiser and wipes. all tools are also sanitised .
we here at domestic Plumbing services understands these are dificult times but together we will work through this.

..Following The Prime ministers announcement ;The Following has been clarified .
Tradespeople are not curentley on the list of non essential businesses and premises that must shut .
However , the government has banned public gatherings of any more than two people . An exception is made whre the gathering is essential for work purposes . But then appropriate PPE and saftey mesasures and distances must be implemented .
if Tradespeople need to be called out to your home. Keep 2m apart and wipe down surfaces before and after their visit .
Therefore , to keep everybody safe we will only have one engineer attend per job.
Emergency call outs domestic and comercial work will run as normal while we are still able to do so.
